![]() I've never done Macros but can they individually be put onto the Quick Access Toolbar? I litterally have to edit a cell, change to a certain color, edit the next cell, change it to a different color, and so on, and so on. Thank you for any help! I really appreciate it! I know it doesn't look hopeful, but I also know you guys really know excel so maybe you know a trick! The regular way to add a button doesn't help because it only allows one button and it changes the ribbon's fill color button to whatever the quick access button is set to. I would like to be able to make 4 buttons with the major colors the company uses and a No Fill button because it would be easier than clicking it from the pull down (plus it increases the odds I will pick the wrong color on the next cell) Putting the wrong fill color has caused problems for me in the past. I have a real hard time telling the colors but it would be pretty easy to remember what order they are in on the quick access bar. #2 - (Most Important reason) I am colorblind. #1 - It is annoying to constantly be changing colors in the fill color drop down box. I need a way to make Quick Launch Buttons, each with a different color. ![]() I work on an excel workbook (not mine so I am stuck) that uses multiple fill colors for different things. Is there a way to make multiple buttons for "Fill Color" in Excel 2007?
